Mobility Marketer provides direct-response marketing training and resources for self-employed professionals and small business owners. The Services may include newsletters, member-only downloads, digital programs, templates, bonuses, and related support we provide.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS 100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mobility Marketer and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
